Turner Associates Ltd aim to meet the requirement of the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR].

The purpose of this notice is to inform you how the company looks after your personal data, the purpose for collection and to inform you of your rights with regards to this information.

We are the data controller and responsible for your personal data.
The data we collect and how we use this information:
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. The data collected is your name, your title, your email address, your telephone or mobile number, and any other information sent as part of the enquiry/message sent and details of the property that you are asking us to work on and your interest in it. When you submit an enquiry, the data we collect about you is with the intended use of contacting you in response to your enquiry and subsequently for carrying out the architectural work you have commissioned us for.
Our policy on storage, processing, and retention of your information:
Your information will only be shared with employees who are dealing with contracts/agreements or the process of entering into a contract/agreement and any companies we have dealings with to fulfil a contract/agreement, but this information will be kept to a minimum where possible. Our data retention period is a minimum of 6 years, or as necessary to meet our legal requirements.
Your rights regarding personal information that we hold:
You are entitled to request access to the personal information - commonly known as a subject access request [SAR] - that we hold on you; any such request should be made in writing. If any data we hold is inaccurate, please let us know and this will be corrected. You also have the right to request the removal of your personal data, which we will do provided this is not in conflict with any of our other legal obligations to hold records.
